Daily School Journal Day 27 (AM)

by admin on September 25th, 2003

I had some dreams last night. The first wasn’t school related, but it stick with me, it might be somewhat related when grouped with the other two, I don’t know I’m no dream analyst. Please feel free to analyze them for me.

Dream 1- I was camping at some weird place with a large green meadow. I was up early in the morning. It was one of those mornings where the grass is covered in dew. I was standing around looking at the landscape, when I noticed footprints in the grass, the wet kind, left by the dew. There was nobody there. It was a ghost. I was all pumped because I had never seen one before. The steps came a little closer (still about 3 yards away) then they stopped. I don’t know what I was thinking, but I jumped and tackled the area where the prints stopped. I remember thinking, weird; I wouldn’t feel anything by doing that even if I did manage to tackle the ghost. The next thing I new I was being lifted up in the air; I flew pretty high about 20 feet or so. I was partially afraid I may have pissed off the ghost, and partially thrilled to be flying. This dream ended with me trying to convince other people of what I saw. Eventually a few others did, and we looked through this old binocular type thing, and saw a whole slew of old ghosts from some battle on this field.

Dream 2- I was at school and we were doing some awards thing for different things. I remember there was like 50,000$ in prizes to divide up between all the winners. I had won some award. I was pretty stoked that I was going to win some money. But under my name it said 4$. I was like what’s that number for? Someone told me it was the amount of money I had won. Needless to say I wasn’t too happy. I waited for them to announce the next award. The next award was like the equivalent of the MVP award, and it went to Tina Yothers (yes, the girl from family ties) I was like what the hell. This lady I work with was like. “I’m SOOOOO happy Tina won! She’s been overlooked for so long!” I was really confused, why she was even in this competition. Then I woke up.

Dream 3- It was my birthday, and all these kids gave me presents. It was like folded up notes, old pieces of candy that had paper stuck to it, 2 dollars in a plastic baggy, one kid just handed me a wadded up dollar. I was like I don’t know whether to be appreciative or not. The notes they wrote me were just like words spelled wrong, stupid little phrases they write. It was seriously confusing. I didn’t know whether to be flattered by their effort, or appalled at their lameness. Then I woke up.
